Standard Shipping: Standard Courier rates apply.
International Shipping: Currently unavailable!
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Our team currently operates Thursday Friday & Saturday morning, so please allow an extra day if ordering over the weekend.
Delivery: Once your order is processed, it will be handed to our trusted courier, and you'll receive a tracking number. Allow 2-4 working days for delivery. Note: Public holidays or rural areas may cause delays (please allow an extra day).
Click & Collect
Please note that Click & Collect is ONLY available at our 307 Mary Street Shop.
Hours of Operation: Thursday - Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm. Saturday: 10.00am -12.00pm. Public holidays - Please see our Facebook page for changes to opening hours.
How to Pick Up Your Order: Come to the counter during operating hours. Bring your order confirmation email to pick up your purchase.
When Will My Order Be Ready? Typically ready to pick up in 24 hours during our standard shop hours. Over weekends or public holidays will take longer.
Returns and Refunds
Policy: All sales are final.
Exceptions: Returns accepted only if an item is not described accurately. Please use the contact box for more details.
No Refunds: We cannot refund items for change of mind or if you no longer require them.
Size & Measurements

Listed Measurements: Estimated unless clearly stated.
Size Discrepancies: If an item’s label doesn’t match its true size, we’ll mention it in the description.
If in doubt come in and try the garment on first.
Colour Disclaimer
Due to photographic limitations, colours can appear different online. The actual item may be slightly more or less vibrant. If you have any concerns, come and check the garment out instore or please reach out using the contact box.
Condition of Garments or Items
New Condition: Garments or items with original tags, presumed unworn or new.
Great Condition: Best pre-loved condition.
Good Condition: Second-best pre-loved condition; may have minor faults disclosed in the description or photos.
