Who We Are
RePurpose Collective is the social enterprise of Living Well Trust. Created from a simple idea — that everyone deserves a second chance and that things, like people, can be restored, renewed, and repurposed.
Our RePurpose Op-Shop at 307 Mary Street, Thames is not just an shop, its more than a place to find a bargain — it’s a space where lives are rebuilt, confidence grows, and hope is shared.
Through our work at Living Well Trust, we've learnt that for some of our most vulnerable the important steps on the road to recovery are:
- Having a safe place to belong (a home)
- Gaining purposeful skills or employment experience (a job)
- Being shown compassion (real people)
While we can’t always provide housing or paid jobs, we can offer compassion, encouragement, and the chance to gain real work experience through RePurpose Collective.
Here, people can learn new skills, build confidence, and rediscover their value — all while helping others and caring for the planet. Read More Here.
What We Do
Empower people: We provide hands-on training and pathways for those seeking new skills, confidence, or a fresh start.
Provide skills and wellbeing workshops: Our workshops help build practical work skills alongside personal growth, resilience, and wellbeing — nurturing the whole person, not just the worker.
Support community programmes: Every sale helps fund Living Well Trust’s initiatives — from the Thames Community Foodbank to our Open Door Café, recovery groups, and community outreach.
Care for creation: We promote sustainability through re-use, repair, recycling, and reducing waste — even powering our shop with solar energy.
